CAD Implementer (REMOTE-US)

Implement, configure, and support Hexagon's public safety CAD solutions remotely.

Tasks

-Delivery of end-user training sessions on Hexagon software -Creation of functional requirements definition and analysis activities -Create complex workflow through involvement in functional requirements definition and analysis -Delivery of customer presentations, or training to a small to medium size audience -Lead support of customer’s acceptance testing of Hexagon’s products -Lead overall design of simple solutions for customers -Lead database administration activities -Design (including documentation), develops, installs and conducts acceptance testing of custom developed applications and system interfaces -Deliver product training (end users and system administration) -Participate in functional requirement definition and analysis -Performs complex configuration and installation of Hexagon’s COTS products -Lead simple data modeling and data conversion definition activities -Shares knowledge and assists others in the completion of their tasks to support team goals -Having lead technical tasks within a project team on more than one occasion, for a system which is being used in production

What You Bring

-Understands and is able to articulate the business priorities of the professional services organization -Demonstrated success in a minimum of 4 of the following areas (pre-requisites for this level): -Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience related to technical application development -Up to 50% travel required within North America -Ability to interact effectively with customers and build and maintain positive customer relations -PSAP or field operations experience highly desired. -Strong verbal and written communication skills as it relates to conveying technical information internally and externally -Having demonstrated ability to build good relationships with customers -Consistently displays positive teamwork behaviors in line with Hexagon culture, including: reliability, effective and respectful communication & listening skills, proactive sharing of knowledge, cooperation and flexibility in approach and work style, and showing commitment to the team. -Engages in complex problem-solving exercise utilizing independent or team problem-solving skills -A degree in the Sciences, Computer Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
