Overview
Oversee design-to-construction projects across education, health, and infrastructure in Tauranga.

Tasks
-Manage project deliverables and reporting back to client. -Guide a project from go to whoa, from the initial project set up to contract administration, final delivery, and everything else in between. -You’ll build trust with all stakeholders and everyone in the project team. -You’ll lead and chair meetings, minuting actions so nothing gets left undone. -Keep a firm grip on cost control alongside the project quantity surveyor – you’ll be right on top of financial reporting, estimates, cash flow and invoicing on a project.

Whether you’re a local looking for a fresh opportunity, or if you’re relocating to the region, we’d love to hear from you. -Relevant qualifications such as Building Science, Architecture, Construction PM, Engineering or Property. -A developing range of experience across different project types and phases in the NZ market, ideally including exposure to contract admin/Engineer’s Rep role under NZS3910. -Minimum three years' post grad consultancy experience within project management, engineering, architecture, construction PM or similar. -You’ll bring a growing range of project experience with you, which may include vertical projects such as commercial, health, education or fitout projects, and/or civil infrastructure project delivery. -Great communication skills and the desire to represent our brand professionally -Strong administrative skills that lend themselves to an organised and efficient project manager. -Ability to create enthusiasm within the project environment. Getting buy in and always building trust.
