-Cook with consistency: execute menus and recipes, hit portions, and plate with care. -Support the fun: assist with catering and community events. -Keep it food-safe: label, date, temp-check, and follow sanitation standards. -Be a great teammate: share feedback, help train newcomers, and jump in where needed. -Own your pantry: receive, rotate (FIFO), track par levels, and minimize waste. -Run an efficient station: prep ahead, keep tickets moving, and communicate during service.
