Tasks

This role will be responsible for creating and executing the logistics framework that underpins every aspect of project delivery, from early infrastructure and utilities through to construction and handover. The appointed individual will oversee planning, coordination, and implementation of logistics operations across multiple sites and projects, ensuring efficient movement of materials, vehicles, and personnel throughout the development lifecycle. -Drive adherence to safety, sustainability, and environmental standards across all logistics operations. -Develop and implement a master logistics strategy to support large-scale mixed-use construction and infrastructure delivery. -Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary logistics team capable of operating at mega/giga-project scale. -Establish and monitor KPIs, reporting systems, and digital tools to enhance control and visibility. -Lead logistics interface management across consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders. -Integrate logistics considerations into program planning, procurement, and construction sequencing. -Coordinate site access, haul routes, traffic management, staging areas, and materials flow.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to coordinate logistics across complex, multi-contractor environments. -Experience in the Middle East or comparable international markets is advantageous. -20+ years’ experience leading logistics or construction delivery on major infrastructure or masterplan developments. -Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Construction Management, or a related discipline. -Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience in high-pressure, fast-paced delivery contexts.
