What You Bring

-Detail-focused, proactive and confident in leading reporting, governance and commercial controls. -Strong knowledge of NEC contracts with the ability to manage projects through the full contract lifecycle. -Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build long-term collaborative relationships. -Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on rail or large civil engineering projects. -Excellent cost and value management skills, with a track record of delivering successful commercial outcomes. -Framework experience advantageous, though not essential.
