Tasks

-Ensure customer satisfaction -Assemble all roof components in an efficient and safe manner -Follow all direction given by senior members of the crew -Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls -Loading and unloading Company vehicle with project materials -Provide onsite guidance and recommendations to Installer I’s -Provide recommendations for efficiency and compliance gains through appropriate channels -Use one or two hands to grasp, move, or assemble objects -Install projects adhering to Freedom Forever plan sets -Use fingers to grasp, move, or assemble very small objects -Make quick, precise adjustments to machine controls -Use stomach and lower back muscles to support the body for long periods without getting tired -Determine the distance between objects -Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with Freedom Forever policies, applicable codes (Ex: NFPA-70, IRC, IFC, CA-T24, etc). -Strictly follow all Freedom Forever safety regulations and policies -Repeat the same movements -Perform electrical work as instructed by the crew lead, both independently and under direct supervision -Flashing penetrations as needed to ensure project quality -Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles -Keep or regain the body's balance or stay upright when in an unstable position -Loading and unloading materials to and from the roof/structure being installed on -Hold the arm and hand in one position or hold the hand steady while moving the arm -Move two or more limbs together (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while remaining in place -Use muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects -Residential Solar*** POSITION SUMMARY: The Installer is responsible for assembling, installing and/or maintaining solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on varying surfaces (rooftop, ground mount, use specific structures, etc.). Daily activities are inclusive of, but not limited to, measuring, cutting, drilling, working from height, minor electrical work, assisting with structural upgrades, using hand/power tooling, reading plan-sets, following direction, following safe work practices, and assisting senior members of the designated installation team. -React quickly using hands, fingers, or feet -Compliant installation of conduit (EMT, RMC, IMC, LFMC and FMC) -Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl -Understand the speech of another person -All assigned Freedom Forever training modules and documentation must be completed by the designated due date -Fundamental understanding of all PV products installed by Freedom Forever -Follow written and verbal instructions -1 year of PV installation experience (Preferred) -Basic understanding of building standards and applicable codes -Lift 50+ pounds -Walk or run for long periods of time -Ability to communicate with others professionally and concisely -High School Graduate or GED
