Tasks

-Lead technical teams in the implementation and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards. -Coordinate knowledge capitalization and dissemination across the Services & Delivery team -Collaborate with sales and presales teams to conduct needs assessments, develop technical proposals, and support creating Statements of Work (SoW) for client engagements. -Drive excellence in execution through continuous improvement in their segment or domain (best practices and reference material - reference architectures, reference solutions) -Be responsible, in coordination with the Services function (Delivery Manager and Project Manager), for interacting with customers to define, produce and maintain optimal solution design based on scope, customer requirements and solution capabilities. -Create, review, comprehensive and clear documentation including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation guides. -Build standard policy, procedures and templates. -Be responsible for the communication and enforcement of Design to Customer and Key Project Stakeholders. -Facilitate requirements, design and solutions workshops that capture functional and non-functional requirements from the client, and you will own the design deliverables (Statement of Work, Architecture documents), ensure traceability of requirements with solutions proposed. -Build technical expertise in the field of their segment or domain. Deliver technical consultancy services on demand -Manage involvement of other SMEs (e.g. business analysts, IT / Cybersecurity experts) and make sure their design contributions meet system architecture functional and non-functional requirements. -Collaborate with Product Managers & Engineering (Return on Experience, product enhancements, reference architectures)

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to technically lead large projects and architect complex solutions -Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. -Awareness and proficiency in Presales activities, including SoW creation and services estimation. Proficient in creating comprehensive and clear documentation. -Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-Level executives and key stakeholders. -Experience working with cloud technologies, cloud native technologies such as containers and Kubernetes, and a strong understanding of cloud architectures. -Familiarity with Design principles, coding, scripting, OS, such as Linux, Source code Management, Virtualization, Cloud Architecture (AWS and/or Azure), Micro-services architectures is key -Essential to the success of this role is at least 10 years deep technical design focused expertise and hands-on experience with development and architecture in Industrial solutions & Electrification Software in Utilities space such as SCADA, ADMS, EMS, CERMS/DERMS, Grid and Market Management Systems -Exposure to iterative product development and program management techniques including Agile, SAFe, Scrum, DevOps -Strong knowledge and experience in Architectural structures, scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, including multi-site deployments -Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar program, with a focus on Computer Science and Electrical Engineering is essential
