-Applies value management techniques to enhance cost efficiency and stakeholder value. -Provides technical guidance to support specialist disciplines in project delivery. -Delivers cost control, reporting, and sustainability initiatives, mentoring junior staff and supporting carbon reduction goals. -Oversees contract administration, including valuations, variations, and contractor agreements. -Conducts feasibility studies and advises on procurement strategies and contract selection. -Assists in contractor selection and prepares formal contract documentation. -Manages full project lifecycle cost services across various sectors. -Leads estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans to clients.

What You Bring

-Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent). -Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent). -Middle East experience is essential.
