Tasks

-Implement move plan in accordance with the approved occupancy plan -Keep track of all tasks, schedules, and budgets related to the move -Send out post-move surveys and reports on findings and identify process improvements as appropriate -Manage new-hire placement -Coordinate with FM team, PDS team, and/or move vendor on installation and reconfiguration of furniture as it pertains to small and large group moves -Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with key business partners, vendor partners, and Site Operations Managers -Coordinate pre-move-walkthroughs to ensure spaces are ready to receive occupants -Support change management as it pertains changing workspace and work style -Evaluate and provide improvement suggestions for move processes and vendors; identify ways to improve client relationships through the MAC process -Ensure all moves are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and adhere to schedules -Coordinate with project manager to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scope
