Manage end-to-end UPS projects, commissioning, documentation & stakeholder coordination.

Tasks

-Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing smoothly -Co-ordination with various vendors, Electrical Consultants and PMC’s including project meetings and project execution ensuring all project activities meet or exceed industry standards, regulations, and company quality guidelines -To search for various business opportunities to increase service revenue by means of generating enquiries for panels, cables, accessories etc -Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success -Co-ordination with internal support functions of Eaton like SCM, Quality, Logistics and regularly updating key stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and changes in scope -Own the commissioning process & handing over of the project to the cusotmer -Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including plans, designs, reports. Also ensuring proper handing over of documents in co-ordination with sales team at the end of the project -Involved in onsite training to Customers facility team -Address technical issues and project challenges, providing solutions to keep the project on track -Study and understand project BOM, Configuration, Site Wiring & Site Layout from Sales team and implement the same on site

What You Bring

-Electrical, Electronics knowledge is a must -Superb work ethic and growth mindset -Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline including crisis management in critical situations -Experience - BE in Electrical/Electronics with 3-4 years of experience in same field or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics with 5-6 years of experience in the same field -Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems -Technical Diploma or BE or BTech -Strong in documentation -The ability to remain professional under pressure -Excellent listening and customer service skills -End to end project execution experience -We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven project manager to join our team. The project manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. This role requires a strong understanding of 3 phase UPS, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams -Excellent Negotiations Skills, team player and gets results attitude -Knowledge of UPS, Electric and Data Centre projects
