Tasks
Reporting to the VP, Capital Markets, the Client Care Specialist – Investor Support plays a key role in supporting Equiton’s growing Retail Sales team by ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively. This role provides critical administrative and operational support to Senior Sales Associates and leadership, helping to organize meetings, prepare client materials, maintain records, and coordinate internal communications. You will directly contribute to the team’s success by ensuring a smooth flow of information and consistent delivery of a best-in-class client experience. -Proactively reach out to prospective and existing investors through outbound calls to coordinate meetings and foster ongoing engagement. -Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. -Coordinate meetings, events, and client activities including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation. -Manage ad hoc projects, administrative tasks, and requests from the VP, Capital Markets and Senior Associates. -Prepare and maintain client documentation, sales presentations, reports, and related correspondence. -Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Capital Markets team. -Assist with onboarding processes for new investors and the maintenance of investor materials and documentation. -Track and update CRM data, ensuring accurate and timely input of client and prospect information.

What You Bring
Please note that at present, legal eligibility to work in Canada is a prerequisite for this role. These are not tests of intelligence or experience, they simply help us understand how you work best. -Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. -Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience an asset. -A Behavioural Assessment (5–10 minutes, untimed) to understand your work and communication style. -A Cognitive Assessment (12-minute timed) to measure learning and problem-solving abilities. -1–3 years of administrative or coordination experience, ideally within financial services, real estate, or professional services.
