Tasks

-Lead the EUT team in managing email, audio visual, communication systems (e.g. IP Telephony and voice gateway) and endpoint platforms including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android devices using Intune, SCCM, and GPO. -Maintain enterprise contracts and coordinate both hardware and software deployments for audio and visual systems within meeting rooms across SP offices. -Administer collaboration and communication platforms, including email, voice, and messaging tools (such as Teams and Slack). -Ensure compliance with IT equipping policies and lifecycle standards. -Manage physical and virtual desktop provisioning and support. -Work closely with the Service Desk to resolve escalated issues and improve L1-L2 handoffs. -Oversee software deployment, patch management, and endpoint hardening across SP Group. -Maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. -Plan and execute major desktop rollouts (e.g., Windows upgrades, enterprise software upgrades) with minimal disruption. -Evaluate and implement tools that enhance endpoint security, user provisioning, and digital workplace experience.

What You Bring

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled candidate to lead the End User Tech (EUT) team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless IT support and endpoint experience across SP Group. The successful candidate will oversee desktop technologies, manage endpoint lifecycle and configurations, and work closely with the Service Desk to deliver high-quality support to all staff. The role also involves leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, coordinating with infrastructure and security teams, and driving continuous improvement in user experience. -Proven experience in managing enterprise endpoint environments and at least 5 years leading IT support teams. -Experience with change management processes and cross-functional coordination. -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. -Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, and endpoint security tools. -Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. -Familiarity with AV systems, conferencing tools, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
