What You Bring

-similar experience in a relevant role -Advanced Excel skills beyond basic formulas like V-Lookup, Sum-if, count-if, Pivot Table and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is mandatory -Proficient on AutoCAD or Visio -Must be Internal Flow oriented, i.e. understanding of the way to deliver the parts from receiving to line side. -They must be able to define the surfaces, the rolling and fix means, the IT tools, the number of operators, the job element sheet and time element sheet, taking into consideration the local constraints. -Strong Project Management Skills, Certification like PMP or Prince2 advantageous, yet not mandatory -Specific experience in handling equipment, sequencing or bulky container flows -Previously part of a team implementing a new flows process -Responsive, adaptable, and meticulous -Previous experience in the automotive industry -Experience of logistics and lean management -Good team spirit & communication skills (orally and in writing) -Quick thinking, decisive, showing strong initiative and self-determination
