Tasks

-Support project teams with model updates, revisions, and documentation throughout design and construction phases. -Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and schematics for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. -Develop and maintain MEP BIM models in Revit and other BIM platforms according to project standards. -Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure model accuracy and coordination. -Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications. -Assist in implementing BIM workflows, templates, and best practices within the organization. -Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building components.

What You Bring

-Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM 360 is a plus. -Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or related field. -Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP BIM design and coordination. -Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. -Strong understanding of MEP systems design principles and construction processes.
