The VP of Marketing will oversee all marketing operations, brand positioning, PR, and digital strategy while driving customer engagement, investor relations, and overall market presence. A fast-growing, innovation-driven residential development and real estate platform in California is seeking an experienced VP of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing, communications, and brand strategy across its portfolio. This is a high-impact executive role with full ownership of marketing strategy, public relations, digital initiatives, and team leadership. -Proficiency with digital marketing, analytics, and marketing automation tools -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) -Experience in real estate, residential development, or property-related marketing strongly preferred -Exceptional leadership, communication, and media relations skills -Proven track record in strategic PR, corporate communications, and marketing leadership -10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership
