Tasks

Job Summary: The Proposal Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the pursuit of new business opportunities. This position is responsible for coordinating, developing, and producing proposals and other marketing materials in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), qualifications submissions, and client presentations. -Develop detailed proposal outlines, schedules, and assignments to ensure timely and compliant submissions. -Maintain and update proposal templates, resumes, project profiles, and business development content libraries. -Coordinate the planning, development, and production of high-quality construction proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and marketing collateral. -Ensure all deliverables are consistent with company standards, messaging, and strategic goals. -Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and business development staff to gather content and tailor messaging. -Analyze RFPs and related solicitation documents to identify requirements, deliverables, and deadlines.

Applicants with a DUI or felony conviction may not meet eligibility requirements for employment in this position.* -Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. -1–3 years of relevant professional experience in proposal coordination, preferably in the construction industry. -Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Business, Construction Management, or a related field. -Familiarity with construction industry terminology and proposal standards is a plus. -Capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. -Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with personnel at all levels, including executives. -Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
