What You Bring
-Cultural competency, with an ability to work effectively with Māori, Pasifika and diverse communities -Knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Dog Control Act 1996 and Animal Welfare Act 1999 -A current and full NZ driver’s licence -At least two years’ experience in customer service or regulatory/enforcement work -Strong communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills -Minimum one year’s experience in a dog-related role, including handling aggressive dogs
