Overview

Drive HVAC equipment sales, support engineers, and manage project bids.

Tasks

-Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. -Promote equipment supported by the company (equipment, ventilation, and heating). -Analyze and qualify the projects that will be submitted by the internal team. -Ensure that the products worked on with the consulting engineers are specified. -Be involved throughout the sales process. -Attend regular product training sessions. -Visit customers and worksites. -Act as a leader and coach for the internal support and estimation team. -Make technical drawings when needed. -Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software. -Submit bids for pre-purchasing equipment. -Building relationships in the HVAC-R industry. -Select equipment in design documents. -Check and participate in preparing product equivalence tables.

What You Bring

-Contact network in HVAC-R is an undeniable asset. -Valid passport and ability to travel internationally. -Relevant University and/or College education ( Mechanical Engineering, HVAC) -Valid driver’s license. -Minimum 5 years experience in technical sales. -Self-motivated, result-oriented -Bilingualism (French / English) – Is considered an asset. -Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
