Tasks

-Contribute to studio-wide initiatives and represent the firm within the local design community -Oversee technical documentation, detailing, and construction administration -Identify project challenges early and develop effective, timely solutions -Guide and mentor junior and intermediate staff, fostering professional growth -Serve as primary liaison with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities -Lead the execution of projects, managing schedules, budgets, resource allocation and deliverables

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools -8+ years of professional experience, including leadership in project delivery -PMP Designation an asset -Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills -Registered Architect with the Alberta Association of Architects (AAA) or another association preferred -Proven portfolio in commercial, mixed-use, or institutional architecture -Demonstrated ability to balance design excellence with technical and delivery rigor
