What You Bring

Candidates can come from Head Contractor or Client/Consultancy Side but ideally will have some client/consultancy side experience. Projects from smaller up to $100m but projects you will be working on are multiple concurrent smaller jobs to $5m. -A minimum of 5-15+ years’ experience in a client side PM role, head contractor experience would also be ideal -Proven end to end project management skills from concept through to completion -Excellent project pipeline across Hospitality, Industrial & Residential High Rise sectors. -Degree qualification in civil engineering, construction management or similar -Experience of running multiple smaller projects -Contract Administration experience -Exposure to program management, managing timelines and critical paths -Experience of end to end project management on a variety of building projects, commercial fit out would be an advantage

The candidate can come from a head contractor or a client side/consultancy background however ideally will have some client side/consultancy experience. The role will initially be working from home for a high functioning boutique client side PM consultancy with a presence in both NSW and QLD. Will be working alongside one of the Directors and they are rapidly expanding.
