Perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems for Enfield properties

Tasks

-Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical works. -Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. -Respond to emergency call-outs and support out-of-hours requirements as needed. -Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. -Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. -Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
