Assist with month‑end close, financial reporting, P&L analysis, reconciliations.

Tasks

-Assisting with month-end close -Creating and /or improving existing processes, procedures and controls -Working with accounting team and operations -Annual Audit Support -Sending reports to managers weekly -Reviewing paperwork for financed customers -Reviewing invoices, payment and purchase orders -Calling and collecting outstanding payments from customers

What You Bring

-4+ years core accounting experience, including month end close, solid GAAP, account reconciliations -Excellent communication skills -Solid analytical & problem-solving skills -Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize import projects -Attention to detail -Strong ethics and ability to keep information confidential -Understanding the flow between systems (Service Titan and Intacct) -Strong system savvy, including Excel proficiency and ERP experience (Sage Intaact a plus) -Bachelor’s in accounting or Business
