Tasks

The Superintendent will be the on-site leader responsible for managing daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, and schedule execution on large K-12 construction projects. The ideal candidate has experience with ground-up institutional work and thrives in fast-paced, team-driven environments. -Partner closely with the Project Manager to track progress, cost, and changes -Manage inspections, quality control, and adherence to drawings/specs -Oversee all jobsite operations, scheduling, and subcontractor performance -Lead daily coordination meetings and maintain detailed field reports -Enforce company safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance -Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff -Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, and school district representatives

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, leadership, and scheduling skills -Proven success managing projects $20M+ preferred -OSHA 30 certification preferred -5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial or K-12 projects -Strong understanding of concrete, structural, and MEP systems -Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project (or similar)
