-Lead and support a team of operatives delivering reactive repairs across occupied and void social housing properties. -Assist with scheduling, resource planning, and performance reporting to meet KPIs and service targets. -Monitor and manage job progress, ensuring timely completion and high standards of workmanship. -Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. -Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
