Oversee building safety and support vulnerable young residents overnight.

-Responding quickly and calmly to incidents or emergencies -Building positive, professional relationships with customers -Completing administrative tasks as needed -Is confident overseeing site safety and following health and safety procedures -Maintaining accurate records and logging any incidents -Identifying and reporting any risks or concerns promptly -Monitoring the safety and security of the building during night hours
