What You Bring

-5 years expereince Proficient with data base estimating digitizer computerize estimating software (Estimating Edge "The Edge", Software experience is a Plus) -5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation, with a strong track record of working with clients. Any equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered. -Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record -System Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all commercial roofing systems (e.g., built-up, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC) and manufacturers to provide well-rounded solutions. -Ability to provide clear instructions and effectively explain problems or situations. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Power point, Word -*Prior experience as a commercial roofing estimator for a Commercial Roofing Contractor is highly preferred*** -Cell Phone, and Business-Use Computer -Comprehensive understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance, manufacturers requirements for warranty and industry standards. -Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to provide precise and competitive estimates.
