What You Bring

-Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills with attention to detail. -Experience supporting configuration management or asset tracking activities. -Prior experience supporting DoD acquisition, SE&I, or Space Systems Command (SSC) programs. -Active Secret clearance required for this position -Knowledge of SATCOM systems, networks, or mission operations. Exposure to SAFe® or other scaled Agile frameworks. -TS/SCI eligibility preferred -3–5 years of experience in program coordination, systems integration, or project support within a technical or defense environment. -Technical Bachelor’s Degree -Familiarity with Agile practices and terminology (Scrum, PI planning, backlog management). -Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Slack, Mattermost, and SharePoint. -Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Agilist, or other relevant certification (or willingness to pursue). -Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing presentation materials for leadership audiences. -Travel Requirements: Minimal -Familiarity with DevOps, cloud-native, or Kubernetes-based environments.
