HR Operations analyst managing employee lifecycle and case queries for Middle East region.

Tasks
-Ensure language proficiency requirements are met for specific roles. -Manage and coordinate queries via Case Management Tool -Work closely with the HR Community and COEs -Process complex cases/transactions and act as team backup -Produce standard correspondence to employees and external parties -Contribute to departmental improvements -Manage HR processes per Middle East regional policies and guidelines -Support ad-hoc projects for the People Hub team -Manage escalations and root cause analysis for Team Lead/Line Manager -Handle employee life cycle management -Liaise with employees, line managers, and HR colleagues

What You Bring
-Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication -Driven, highly organized, can identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines -Experience in customer service or project roles is desirable -Demonstrates high levels of confidentiality -Able to work autonomously and as part of a team -Strong administrative ability with a complex workload -Strong IT skills, especially MS Word, Excel, Outlook -Understands the importance of accuracy and has high attention to detail -Demonstrate proficiency in HR processes and SOPs -Flexible to work in rotational shifts -Strong interpersonal skills, builds effective relationships at all levels -We need someone who is proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic. -Confident, diplomatic, and tactful -Resilient, works well under pressure, maintains composure when facing resistance -Graduate or Postgraduate with 2–5 years of experience in HR Shared Services or similar. -Experience in HR Shared Services supporting UK/Middle East & Africa/US/Canada/Asia Pacific -Proactive, works independently with minimal guidance -Preferred experience with Workday and ServiceNow applications
