Tasks

This is a broad and varied role where no two days will be the same. You’ll be the key organiser behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth running of office operations, logistics, HR admin, and health & safety processes. It’s a fantastic chance for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything on track. -Oversee office and logistics processes: purchasing, invoicing, vehicles, deliveries, and supplies -Manage compliance tasks such as insurance renewals, inspections, and supplier coordination -Support HR: inductions, payroll, holidays, apprenticeships, and company events -Liaise with customers to coordinate installations, collections, and showroom visits -Organise health & safety processes including training, inspections, and maintenance schedules

What You Bring

-Confident with Microsoft Office (training can be provided) -Experience in logistics, HR, or H&S would be ideal -Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure -Strong multitasker with excellent communication skills

Benefits

Logistics & Office Manager – £35k–£42k + Bonus + Benefits -Company pension (3% contribution) -Discretionary performance bonus -Salary: £35k – £42k (DOE) -23 days holiday + bank holidays
