Tasks
-Business Development & Market Growth: Partner with the account management team, GM, and VP to identify growth opportunities, support business development initiatives, and contribute to market expansion. -Financial Performance: Collaborate with the GM/VP to achieve branch net income, revenue targets, client satisfaction, and operational goals. -Compliance & Safety: Oversee and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, fostering a proactive safety culture throughout the organization. -Client Service Excellence: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional service that consistently exceeds expectations. -Operational Leadership: Support the GM/VP in directing all operational activities, including waste management, logistics, environmental consulting, and emergency response to ensure efficiency and high-quality service. -Team Management: Directly manage and mentor a team of managers and staff, encouraging professional development, teamwork, and continuous improvement. -Cultural Alignment: Uphold and promote the organization's culture, core beliefs, and policies in all operational and team activities. -Client & Community Relations: Represent the organization in client meetings, community events, government interactions, and other external engagements, ensuring strong, positive relationships.

What You Bring
-Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship -Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Minimum 6+ years of experience in customer facing and/or leadership role(s) -Bachelor's Degree required. -Previous P&L ownership experience preferred -Problem-solving and decision-making skills. -Previous experience as a senior manager preferred. -Must have a reliable form of transportation -In depth knowledge of environmental regulations including RCRA, DOT and OSHA. -Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to effectively manage tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. -Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
