Tasks

-Lead or support the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds -Participate in or lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities -Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites -Oversee or assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies -Negotiate or support contract execution and change order management -Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services -Help establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation -Support or lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications -Manage or contribute to risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle

What You Bring

-Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus -For senior-level roles: 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds -Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders -Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes) -Education in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted)
