Tasks

-Support regular follow-ups with customers for sales tax exemption certificates -Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and quick TAT -Upload sales tax exemption certificates to Vertex as per set criteria’s, do regular follow up, ensure data integrity -Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs -Participate in analysis and recommend changes for process improvements -Ensure all requests from customers and business units are acknowledged for the day and coordinate with teams across the enterprise to resolve customer enquiries
