Tasks

-Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of design work. -Create and deliver high-quality, accurate drawing packages in a timely manner. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs meet customer and production requirements. -Manage multiple priorities and adjust workload based on team and project needs. -Coordinate complex design projects from conception to production, including participation in design meetings, test orders, and factory coordination.

What You Bring

-Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. -Apply hands-on knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and general mechanical systems. -Previous experience in a manufacturing or HVAC environment is considered an asset. -Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes. -Interpret and work from manufacturing drawings with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and principles. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. -Technically inclined, energetic, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. -Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools. -Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
