The Role

Overview

Support design, construction, inspection, and maintenance of 4‑138kV electrical distribution systems.

Tasks

-Travel to sites for inspections and perform engineering design work. -Ensure compliance with safety requirements and design expectations. -Conduct root cause analysis of outages and apply engineering principles for mitigation. -Develop permitting documents for different Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs). -Develop design and construction work packages for electrical distribution systems. -Perform engineering calculations, including structural analysis and voltage drop calculations. -Provide engineering support during construction and conduct post-construction reviews.

What You Bring

-0-1 years of prior relevant experience. -Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/or Civil Engineering -Proficiency in AutoCAD, distribution design, power distribution, engineering, GIS, and utility design is preferred
