Tasks

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project progress, technical specifications, and compliance reports. Coordination and Collaboration: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure technical aspects align with project goals and standards. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets the developer’s high standards. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Problem Solving: Identify, address, and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure the smooth progression of the project. Project Leadership: Manage the technical delivery of a complex development incorporating housing and apartment led elements, overseeing all phases from inception to completion. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all technical work complies with relevant building regulations, codes, and health and safety standards.
