Tasks

-Ensure that job processes are followed in accordance with company policies. -Assist with building and tracking long term manpower projections. -Receive and track weekly field reports. This is to include safety / toolbox reports, preconstruction, daily and weekly production report and any project specific reports. -Ensure company contractual standards are being met prior to performing work. -Recognize and track the progress of employees, and properly nominate individuals for promotions and/or incentive bonuses. -Assist with training of new employees. -Attend jobsite pre-con and coordination meetings with project managers. -Enter budgets from OPS hard cost into accounting software. Make notes of fade/gain from estimated hard cost and report to the Project Managers. -Assist with building and providing hours reports for foremen. -Attend all high-risk turnover meetings and assist with managing and tracking high risk projects. Provide feedback to the Project Managers. -Assist with recruiting and interviewing prospective employees and make recommendations. -Track costs to complete and ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify trends within CTC that may lead to fade or gain.

-Must be self-motivated and punctual. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Experience with government facilities a plus. -Must be able to multi-task and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally. -Must be professional in appearance and speech.
