Tasks

-Co-lead projects to optimize financial results in line with project and financial reporting standards. -Ensure precision in cost calculations, project accounting, and commercial documentation. -Proactively handle contract administration and customer expectations. -Maintain compliance with financial reporting guidelines and manage financial guarantees and bonds. -Manage invoicing and cash flow to keep projects financially healthy. -Support risk and opportunity assessments to minimize costs and maximize performance.

What You Bring

-Relevant certifications such as IPMA, RICS, CIMA, ACCA, or Chartered Accountant are a plus. -Experience working in international and multicultural project environments. -Skilled in collaborating within project teams and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. -Experience in budgeting, financial controlling, and risk/opportunity management. -5 to 10 years’ experience in Commercial Project Management/Commercial Management or related fields with a focus on project financials. -Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management, and construction/engineering contract terms.
