Tasks

-Support annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes by preparing data, reports, and simulations. -Assist in the preparation of HR budgets and forecasts. -Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems by performing regular audits and updates. -Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and internal controls in compensation and benefits processes. -Regularly review compensation structure and benefits programs. -Provide employee support on compensation and benefits inquiries in coordination with the HR Business Partner. -Apply insights from market salary surveys to benchmark internal structures and ensure alignment with external competitiveness. -Generate and deliver scheduled reports, such as workforce analytics and compliance summaries. -Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance. -Monitor benefits utilization and provide regular reporting to HR Business Partner. -Prepare preliminary reports on HR budget utilization for management review. -Support HR projects and audits by providing data and insights related to compensation and benefits. -Analyze compensation and benefits metrics to support strategic organizational planning. -Identify opportunities to improve compensation and benefits processes through automation or analytics. -Present complex data in a user-friendly manner to all stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Prior experience with WTW, Hays, or Mercer is preferred. -Effective communicator and collaborator across teams. -Proficient in HRIS platforms and analytics tools (Workday, SAP, Power BI, Tableau). -Strong Excel skills; experience with Python is advantageous. -Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits covering multi-country or regional scope within an international company for the Officer position; over 6 years for the Assistant Manager position. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. -Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
