Tasks
-Responsibilities include installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up of LV and MV equipment. Responsibilities may also include troubleshooting, maintenance, training, and consulting. -This position may be called on to support Greenfield & Brownfield unit installations and commissioning activities throughout Siemens/ USA.

What You Bring
-TWIC card -Experience in troubleshooting & repair of electrical control circuits -Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint -MSHA 46/48, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E -Experience with low and medium voltage Switchgear -Must be available to respond for emergency and relief assignments. -High School or GED minimum, other relevant skills and experience required -Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering -Knowledge and/or experience with breakers or high voltage equipment testing, including analyzing test results and equipment condition assessment -Must be familiar with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) safety practices and perform duties within specified guidelines to ensure safety of self and supporting crew -This position must be based remotely within the following area to support the geography of EA’s business partners: Texas. -Experience with project management software -Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization. -Specifically looking for candidate(s) experienced with power distribution system equipment – low and medium (480V-38kV) -Experience with protection and control relays -Demonstrated knowledge of power distribution systems required -4+ years of directly related equipment experience -3-5 years field service experience -Knowledge and/or experience with SF6 Gas circuit breakers -Experience with High Voltage Circuit breakers -Individuals must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing and be at least 21 years of age in order to participate in the required Siemens vehicle plan. -This is a hands-on field, travel type position. The travel - up to 80% - could be national depending on site locations.
