Lead transaction management and portfolio strategy for a global client across the Americas.

Tasks

-Align portfolio plans with client real estate objectives. -Expand account services and engage in business development, fostering senior-level relationships. -Manage broker selection, transaction negotiations, and legal document review. -Conduct transition review meetings post-lease execution. -Collaborate with PPM, GWO, and functional partners for financial analyses and business case development. -Lead transaction teams and service delivery across North and South America. -Develop and provide strategic real estate advice. -Partner with senior operational groups to identify real estate needs and opportunities. -Optimize portfolio according to client workplace strategies. -Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with state real estate standards. -Manage stakeholder coordination for proposed transactions. -Identify and implement occupancy cost-saving and expansion/contraction strategies. -Liaise with counsel for lease document preparation. -Participate in ad hoc portfolio and transaction-related exercises. -Ensure consistency between C&W service areas and client real estate functions. -Execute complex, high-value transactions. -Organize market updates and best practice presentations as part of a global team. -Support business case development and strategic plan execution. -Oversee documentation flow and client communications. -Source transactions and support non-C&W commission-related transactions. -Manage brokerage professionals to effectively negotiate lease, sale, sublease, and purchase terms. -Draft decision documents based on business justifications. -Communicate project parameters based on client needs. -Oversee budgeting and revenue tracking.

What You Bring

-Communication Proficiency (oral and written) -Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred. -Proficiency in managing high-level, complex transactions and contract compliance. -Willingness to travel up to 10%. -Client Service Skills -Financial Acumen & Negotiation Skills -Minimum: 10-15 years of Tenant-side transaction management experience -Ability to Manage Ambiguity -Presentation Skills
