-Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing technologies. -Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates. -Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits. -Recommend improvements to enhance online lead generation and user engagement. -Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility. -Optimize website content, metadata, and landing pages for search engine performance and lead conversion. -Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta and other platforms. -Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure alignment of SEO and advertising strategies with brand objectives. -Manage and optimize Google My Business, website traffic analytics, and online presence.

We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO / Ads Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts and maximize our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO strategy, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), and analytics, particularly in the luxury real estate, construction sectors. -Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making. -Proven success managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns with measurable ROI. -Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. -Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and digital advertising, preferably in construction, real estate, or luxury sectors. -Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
