Tasks

Overseeing and coordinating electrical construction activities, ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and functionality of electrical systems within the villas. Managing electrical teams, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring that electrical work meets project specifications and regulatory requirements. -Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. -Communicate with clients and stakeholders about project progress and resolve issues promptly. -Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. -Resolve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues. -Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services. -Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. -Assign tasks based on skills and project needs for efficient workflow. -Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment. -Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates. -Lead and support electrical teams, including electricians and apprentices. -Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and inspections. -Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. -Assist in troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. -Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions. -Training subordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively. -Coordinate procurement of electrical materials and ensure availability. -Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and trades to plan electrical work aligned with timelines. -Oversee testing and inspection of electrical systems for compliance. -Interpret blueprints and specifications to define the scope of electrical work. -Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards. -Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible. -Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
