Senior Engineer Project

Overview

Lead ELV projects (IBMS, CCTV, fire, BMS, ACS) from planning to handover

Tasks

-Prepare, review, and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and documentation. -Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. -Supervise site activities, including installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of IBMS, CCTV, FAS, BMS, and ACS systems. -Facilitate training and support for end-users during and after project completion. -Ensure compliance with safety standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. -Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project implementation within defined timelines and budgets. -Manage procurement of equipment and materials, ensure timely delivery and quality standards. -Lead regular project meetings, providing updates and reports to stakeholders. -Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving IBMS (Integrated Building Management System), CCTV (Closed Circuit Television), FAS (Fire Alarm System), BMS (Building Management System), ACS (Access Control System), and related security & safety solutions.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field. -Strong technical knowledge of security, surveillance, and building management systems. -Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management/software tools. -Familiarity with relevant codes/regulations (e.g., NEC, NFPA, local building codes). -Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -7+ years of experience in project management for ELV systems (IBMS, CCTV, FAS, BMS, ACS). -Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. -Project Management Certification (PMP/Prince2 or similar). -Experience working in large commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
