Overview

Manage contract performance, finance, admin staff and reporting for NZ Water projects

Tasks

-Ensure deliverables are being achieved, performance measures are met and KPIs are managed. -Lead, mentor and manage Finance and Administration staff ensuring a high performing and successful team. -Promote and enforce Downers Zero Harm standard to ensure a safe environment for the people, communities and environment in which we work. -Regularly communicate with the client and internal stakeholders ensuring alignment and a streamlined process.

What You Bring

-Excellent interpersonal skills with staff and customers at all levels. -Tertiary qualification in accountancy and CAANZ membership is desirable. -Experience in a similar Performance Management capacity is highly desired. -Experience in providing finance and administration management support, preferably in construction or infrastructure industries. -Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing an operational team.
