Tasks

-Monitor team workloads and assist and backup as necessary and support the team in responding to internal customer questions and concerns. -Understand, communicate, and monitor internal control processes and procedures -Develop strong relationships with field personnel and provide excellent time and payroll support. -Lead a team of District Support Specialists: This will include training, mentoring, performing quality control, and providing guidance with troubleshooting and problem-solving. -Serve as a subject matter expert for time and payroll issues. This includes pre-payroll and post-payroll activities, off-cycles, pay additions, overtime rules, and general payroll and time inquiries.

What You Bring

-Bilingual (French / English) is an asset -Excellent organization and time management skills: Ability to develop specific goals for the team and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish daily work and projects. -Previous SAP experience preferred: Or similar ERP systems. -Strong written and verbal communication skills: -Excellent customer service and collaboration skills: Ability to connect and build relationships with others inside and outside the organization and develop highly effective teams and alliances. -Highly motivated and self-directed -Three (3) years of professional business experience in a similar role -College Degree in business or related field preferred
