Junior Architect

Overview

Assist in interior architecture design using Revit/Lumion, coordinate MEP, and client communication.

Tasks

-You will attend meetings with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants. As you gain knowledge and experience, you will gradually take on a more active role in presenting to clients and engaging with them directly. The office supports your development, and you will be given opportunities to present your work when your knowledge and skills are ready, ensuring proper execution and confidence in your presentations. -You will coordinate with MEP consultants and vendors, learning to manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in relation to Architecture design. -You will be expected to proactively manage your tasks and escalate issues to the appropriate people when necessary. Actively seek solutions from other experts in the office when you encounter challenges that cannot be solved on your own. This role encourages a collaborative approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.

What You Bring

-Revit and Lumion Training: -You will be working extensively with Revit to develop Architecture designs. Revit training will be provided to ensure you’re fully equipped to use this software effectively. In addition, you will work with Lumion to create preliminary material applications and visual representations of design ideas. Lumion training will also be provided, allowing you to enhance your ability to bring design concepts to life. -Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, ensuring they’re completed on time and to standard. -Focus and attention to detail during long meetings, site visits, and product showroom tours. -Ability to understand and express design ideas clearly. -Self-sufficiency in managing tasks from concept to completion, with minimal need for follow-up. -Revit Training: In-depth training on Revit software for interior design applications. -Strong ability to visualize and conceptualize spaces. -Clear and effective written communication via email and WhatsApp with internal teams, clients, and vendors is required. All messages should be comprehensive and precise to avoid confusion. -Natural Stone -MEP Coordination -Natural inclination for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.
