Tasks

-Inspect the quality of work for compliance with design standard and ensure corrective action occurs if/when necessary -Prepare and distribute daily reports -Enforce high safety standards including a clean job site -Manage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, work list and punch list -Work collaboratively on the schedule for individual trade contractors or areas of a project to ensure milestone dates are met -Supervise the work of trade contractors in several areas of a project -Attend project kickoff meeting -Work in partnership with PM and Project Controls team to establish project schedule -Identify pre-mobilization activities in conjunction with the Project Executive, General Superintendent, and the Project Manager

What You Bring

-10+ years of experience -Leadership and management skills -Knowledge of Procore -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or applicable discipline -OSHA 30 hour certified -Construction-document and drawing literate, with knowledge of all phases of construction -Or equivalent combination of education and experience
