Tasks

-Project Information Model Delivery and Digital Delivery methods -Support the BIM Coordinator and Highways Delivery Team(s) in day-to-day BIM implementation activities. -Modeling templates -Prepare BIM package submissions in accordance with project standards and requirements -Develop and extract 2D Road geometry from the models for internal reviews and coordination meetings. -Extracting cut sheets -Modeling Standards -Prepare Highways drawings comprises of basic arrangements, layouts, profiles, sections etc. -Ensure Project Information Models (PIM’s) are delivered in accordance with the agreed TIDP, MIDP and CDE protocol. -Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs -Extract Infrastructure Design layouts, schedules, profiles, sections and cut sheets dynamically from the BIM model. -Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project LOD requirements and modeling standards. -Prepare models and reports for constructability analysis -Extract 3D solid models for clash analysis, schedule review and QS. -Develop Civil3D Modeling and production Templates.

What You Bring

-Collaboration, Coordination and Clash/Clearance Detection -Minimum of 5+ years experience in Roads Modelling and Drafting. -Gulf Countries experience is preferred. -Experts in Roadway/Rail. -Proficient in a range of BIM Authoring, Scripting, Design Review, Coordination, Simulations and Collaboration Platforms: -3D Modeling and 3D Model-Based workflows -Essentials: (Civil 3D, Subassembly Composer, Dynamo, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)). -Preferable: (ProjectWise, Infraworks, Revit, AECOSIM, BIM 360, Microsoft Office Suite). -Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering from an accredited University.
