The Role

Overview

HR admin duties supporting HR processes, data, payroll, onboarding, training.

Tasks

-Update the HR system with salary changes, promotions, leavers, and joiners and issues relevant paperwork. -Support payroll and benefits administration. Complete payroll sheets. -Monitor and report on attendance and dropout figures. -Produce and distribute course joining instructions and evaluation forms for internal and external delegates. -Conduct pre-employment Right to Work in the UK checks via Experian. -Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in line with data protection requirements. -Arrange hotel, venue and car bookings as required. -Update and maintain training and development databases and electronic files, including systems such as Kallidus. -Process weekly timesheets and respond to HR and related queries promptly. -Undertake ad hoc projects as directed to support departmental goals. -Assist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and managing the HR inbox ensuring timely responses.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in an HR administrative role. (essential) -Strong organisational and communication skills. -A proactive team player with strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative approach to supporting colleagues. -Proficiency in MS Office. -High attention to detail and confidentiality.
