Tasks

-Provide clear directions and necessary tools -Set clear expectations and hold effective meetings -Code Compliance & Quality: Interpret, understand, and ensure strict compliance with all construction standards and codes, maintaining accuracy and consistency. -Subcontractor Management: Directly manage and oversee subcontractors on a day-to-day basis when applicable, ensuring seamless coordination. -Influencer: You are expected to sell ideas and help shape decision criteria with prospects and clients. -Full-Cycle Project Execution: Perform and oversee all phases of electrical construction, including assessments, installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and commissioning. -Safety Leadership: Champion safety by complying with and rigorously enforcing all IBS and OSHA safety requirements.
